Adapteo Group has achieved a 5-star rating in the 2026 GRESB Infrastructure Asset Assessment, scoring 99.4 out of 100, up from 97.8 in 2025 and 96.5 in 2024. This ranks us first in the Northern Europe Social Infrastructure peer group.
The assessment recognizes our structured approach to sustainability and points to a very strong performance across leadership, reporting, stakeholder engagement, energy, greenhouse gas emissions, waste, health and safety, employees and customers.
Adapteo’s 2026 result marks the company’s strongest GRESB performance to date, reflecting continued progress in embedding sustainability across the business.
GRESB is a leading global benchmark for ESG performance in real assets, used by investors and stakeholders to assess sustainability performance, compare results across peer groups and support informed decision-making. The GRESB rating is based on an entity’s overall score and its position within the global GRESB benchmark. A 5-star rating represents the highest rating level and indicates that Adapteo is among the top-performing participants in the assessment.
2026 GRESB highlights include a 60.0/60.0 Performance Score and a 39.4/40.0 Management Score
