Circularity lives at our core.

Instead of tearing down and starting over, we relocate, reuse, and repurpose modular spaces to meet changing needs with less waste and more impact.​

To improve our circularity, we created a way to measure it.

Circularity matters because resources are finite, costs are rising, and buildings account for a third of global emissions. Until now, there was no clear way to measure how circular a modular building really is, or indeed our Space-as-a-Service business. To change that, Adapteo partnered with Arup to create the Circularity Index. It provides clear data on how much value we retain through reuse, recycled materials and smarter design. With the Index, circularity goes beyond ambition and becomes measurable progress.
